The staff refused late check out because there were too many people asked. We would have to pay for a whole day to stay an extra hour

We had a fun staycation. The best part was our waitress Kelly at breakfast. She was so great with my kids, kind, and very helpful. She really made us feel special!! Great job Kelly!
We had been traveling across Canada for 4 weeks and I can easily say this is the worst hotel we have encountered. We realize we had a pet friendly room but the room smelled completely foul from the moment we stepped inside. It was not a urine smell but rather I think from the old curtains and bed skirt. We had to store our luggage in the bathroom so the smell wouldn’t permeate into them. When I told the clerk the next morning she didn’t seem to care about our sleepless night. So disappointing after spending $298!!!!! I emailed upon checkout and they replied with an empathetic apology but we will never return
The hotel location is a little ways from the city so it’s nice and quiet. Easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We are enjoying the breakfast included
Great weekend getaway, great location to unwhined and relax. The hotel is always in pristine condition, staff are very welcoming and helpful from check in to check out. The property has become a big part of our self care plans in the city.
The Best Western Nor’Wester makes each visit a great experience. From the beautiful scenery to the caring and friendly staff we alway look forward to our next stay. Breakfast is always delicious and served quickly. We will be back soon

The cliff hanger breakfast was a little bland and the menu wasnt very big
This is a slightly more expensive choice, and we were not sure if it would be worth it. It was because the surrounding area was so pretty we forgot that we had been on a long road trip, and felt more like we were at our vacation destination! We were tired, and were so happy to find there was a perfectly great restaurant with a great view and terrific staff. We would stay there again!
The swimming pool and fitness centre was nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Everything was well taken care of — the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were professional and friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. The amenities were great, and it’s clear the place is managed with care.
Nothing major. Maybe the room style is a bit classic compared to newer hotels, but everything was spotless and worked perfectly.

I ordered room with balcony and for $272 I got the 1st floor room with sealed windows. When I found out it was the 1st floor the receptionist assured me I would have the sliding door. It was a lie too.
