Pros:

Have always liked this property for years

Cons:

Sorry to see this property is not being maintained properly. Especially after all of the upgrades they have done. Breakfast was not good and coffee was unpleasant. Many things broken or not working. So sad to see it going down hill

Terrible, will never stay at a Best Western again.

Didnt eat it there.,not much

Cons:

Outside entrance to room, room smelled heavily of cleaning product or spray to cover up smell, as a result Of breathing that odor I ended up with a migraine headache, the bathroom door was broken on bottom. Overall i wont never stay here again. After 12 hrs of driving expected a better room for money. Reviews were what i went by only to wonder.

Check in clerk was great
Check out clerk was unfriendly had earbuds in didn't speak to customers. Very rude.

Clean budget motel
Pros:

We stayed for one night for a quick overnight stay on a road trip from Destin to St. Louis. The beds were clean and the room smelled clean.

Clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Our truck broke down in Athens and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. The staff was understanding and sympathetic. The service shop fixed our truck same day but because it was late we spent a second night here. There are lots of places in walking distance to eat. Applebees is across the parking lot. This hotel was spotless!! We were on a 10 day road trip and this place is meticulous in cleaning every nook and cranny. I give them a 10 in every way!!

Bed was comfortable. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Lighting in room was better than most.
Breakfast was one of the best I have had.

Cons:

Operation of tv was difficult. No coffee pot but they did give me one.

Ok. Could gave been better.
Pros:

It was clean. It looked updated but the craftsman who did the work were slopping with paint etc.

Cons:

There were a lot of work trucks in the lot. I'm guessing it was those people who made lots of noise as it was 5-5:30am when it was loud for over an hour! Lumpy bed.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a perfect location. Within five minutes you can be to some of the best restaurants there is or you can walk to 3 or 4 of them. You can also be at shopping centers within five minutes. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
