Not the best visit!
Cons:

No elevator!! I have a bad knee.... with luggage is.. not ideal! The bathroom door hits the toilet seat... "come on"

change the breakfast table tops.... can't wash them.. they are rough.... no matter, no one washed them anyway during breakfast

Pros:

We got there at 3 pm, which was the check-in time. The room was not ready, we were told to come back 30 to 45 minutes later. The room was still not ready we asked for another room. The room still smelled like the previous occupants.

This hotel should be avoided.
Pros:

Good location and ample parking

Cons:

The whole place is very tired and rundown. This hotel needs serious renovation particularly for the price being charged. Breakfast was bad, limited selection and no one dedicated to ensuring food is replenished and tables wiped down. We even had to ask for basic items such as milk and bagels to be re-stocked.

Decent, no-frills stay that is close to outdoorsy activities.
Pros:

The location is great for nearby attractions like The Wild Center and other hiking options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked having a fridge and microwave (great for reheating my mexican food from next door). The air condition seemed to work well and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was convenient though nothing special: yogurt, bagels, oatmeal. Belgian waffle maker was a nice treat.

Cons:

The room had a musty smell. Like an old wet mop. The carpet had not been thoroughly vacuumed as there was almonds and dust from a previous guest. The bathroom had evidence of a previous flooding event. Indoor pool was available but chilly. Overall the whole place seemed like it had not been updated in some time. The conditions were a bit disappointing considering the stay was not cheap.

The photos look much better than the actual hotel. Pretty deceiving.
Pros:

Not much of a selection for breakfast. Overall facility is not the cleanest. Definitely is in need of a update and a better cleaning staff.
