Pros:

Location is amazing!
Rooms are dated. Hallways are dark.
Beds are uncomfortable. I wouldn't dare sit on the couch. It was stained, and smelled so, so bad.
2 towels given...took multiple calls to get more.
Good luck finding parking if they have an event going on at the conference center.
Very cut up. No common area.
Pool closes at 830. No extended hours.
Of the many hotels we have travelled to, this would not be a choice ever again.

Pros:

Location and parking was easy. Breakfast was tasty and great variety. Super friendly staff!! Relly ernjoyed the pool and hot tub

Horrible
Pros:

Horrible stay. The pool and hottub were broken and frigid! The staff said it broke over 7 days ago and still wasn't repaired. The noise in the hall after 10pm sounded like a frat house. There were over 20 people hanging out yelling and drinking. My elderly mother couldn't sleep. Beyond awful.

Stay away at this time
Pros:

I have stayed at this location before and had no problems but currently there is a large group of people staying here that work for BELFOR. (February 12,2026). This particular group is loud, rude and unruly. There were several loud cursing arguments in public spaces. Loud music and videos in the breakfast area. One gentleman even thought it was appropriate to start doing pushups while in line for breakfast blocking the area.

I will not be staying there again while this group is still staying at the hotel. The staff seemed overwhelmed cooking and cleaning up after them and it is reflected in the cleanliness of the room I stayed in.

Ripped Off
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here on November 7th last year to visit our grand daughter who is studying at the local College. We paid for the room in advance using airmiles ( Via American Airlines) and a credit card payment. On checking in I gave my credit card over, as seems to be the practice, to register for any further costs I might incur. On returning to the UK I found I had been charged again for the room. I had paid twice.
I gave up trying to get in touch with the hotel directly as their web page has no such function and contacted Best Western in Britain who contacted best Western USA, and who then informed me that they were getting no response from this hotel.

It should not be hard to refund me money that has simplistically been stolen. Do you need to steal from customers Best Western? Do you not keep financial records?
Can I have my money back please? You have my email address.

j ai été la 4 soirs jamais faites la chambre jamais changer serviette pas papier toilette juste la basse er il dise que vu que c est booking.com c est au 3 jours qui font la chambre mais jamais sont passer jean Maurice le gérant rie du monde et surtout des canadiens il dit qui vie pas avec les canadiens et qu on peux mettre les reviens qu on veut!!!@@@ quel service même chose pour un Kyle il dit je peux vous donner une serviette excuse on es 2 il dit 1 !!!!! pu jamais best western en 2025 un service de marde de meme

Check sucked everything else was great
Pros:

The Hotel was in a prime location for salmon fishing

Not really the properties fault but booking.coms fault I had the worst check in experience of my life I drove hours to get to my hotel and booking.com refused to give them the virtual card for my check in and I spent almost 3 hours just trying to get in my room the people I talked to from booking.com seemed to not be knowledgeable about anything and instead of helping get me into my room they tried making me relocate and just sat there blaming the hotel when the hotel staff were showing me their computer screens and instead of helping the hotel staff get me in my room the people from booking.com were rude and hung up on them multiple times it was ridiculous I don’t think I will ever use booking.com again because of the bullshit I had to go through

The view and jacuzzi

Cons:

I found multiple dirty areas within my room. I pulled out the couch and it looked like the same blankets were used by someone else. There was even a spider on my bed. I asked for connected rooms, online it said yes and when we got there it was a no. She was confused and said I had a king bed and a queen bed which I did not. The parking lot was not plowed at all and it was hard to get in and out of our vehicle with a disabled person. The elevator did not work also which with a disabled person was unacceptable. I waited over 30 minutes to check in. Plus the pool gave my son an allergic reaction because there was so much chlorine.

Pros:

The room was beautiful, however the amenities and restaurant were closed when we stayed. This information was not communicated thru booking.com service, or the hotel until our family arrived /checked in on Christmas Eve!! It was very disappointing. We would not have booked/stayed at this hotel if we knew that information at time of booking.
