Don't be tricked by the main entrance, you're really staying in a musty old motel out back.
Pros:

The main facility/building is very nice, and it was easy access from I-5. Breakfast was nice, but nothing special.

Cons:

The main building is nice, but the other building where our hotel rooms were was terrible! First, we were on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator. The building evacuation map showed an elevator, but it had clearly been removed. Additionally, the rooms were old and smelled of mildew. It was a dingy old motel with a fresh coat of paint. I felt tricked by how nice the main building was; it was like two completely different hotels. The rooms were basic double-queen rooms with very little room to move around or put anything down, and the bathroom was so small that the door almost touched the toilet when opened, which made getting in and out awkward. The walls were thin, and I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. The woman checking us in was cold and seemed to find my arrival an inconvenience.

Convenient location for a quick visit to Eugene.
Pros:

Close to the freeway so convenient. There was a market and a few restaurants within walking distance. Was able to park fairly close to the room. The location is very convenient to the university and realistically within walking distance of Autzen Stadium.

Cons:

Franklin Blvd is a busy street and noisy. This was not an issue in the room but when walking to the market for supplies at night it was a bit of an event. Not terrible but something to keep in mind.

Pros:

My daughters and I would have loved to stay here, and reserved the room for ourselves. But unfortunately the reception staff was unaccommodating.,

Cons:

The entire experience with reception was off, ending in him not accepting my payment methods that I use at every other hotel we stay at. After brushing me off for another walk in guest and making me wait for my checkin, I spent a half an hour despite already booking online, only to be told my daughters and I would have to cancel our reservation.

We will definitely stay there again when we go that way!
Pros:

Very clean property it’s nice because they have a restaurant and bar in the lobby. So we got to eat dinner there cause everything else was closed around us. The bed was super comfortable!! Best breakfast we’ve ever had a hotel! Very clean and organized!

Cons:

The only drawback is in the buildings that aren’t attached to the main building. There are no elevators. and the parking spaces are very narrow so if somebody parks bad that doesn’t leave very much room for anybody else to park in the next spot.

Удобное расположение. Большая парковка. Чистый номер, комфортные кровати. В номере кофемашина и микроволновка. Завтрак простой, но сытный. Все понравилось. Спасибо)

It was fine, but they are a bit misleading. I would stay again.
Pros:

They don’t tell you that the majority of the places available to stay are in renovated motel areas…. very nice but for those expecting the featured building, it’s very misleading. Also no elevators in those other areas so you potentially have to go up 3 flights of stairs.
