It was fine, but they are a bit misleading. I would stay again.
Pros:

They don’t tell you that the majority of the places available to stay are in renovated motel areas…. very nice but for those expecting the featured building, it’s very misleading. Also no elevators in those other areas so you potentially have to go up 3 flights of stairs.

Great hotel, great stay, great price! Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location near the University and plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff were amazing! The lobby is beautiful and there a little “marketplace” right next to it. There are three buildings on the property, we stayed in the “Franklin” and our room had a little corner balcony. There is a pool, fitness center and they offer breakfast.

Cons:

The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable for me and we noticed that it looked like the headboard had not been wiped down.

Room was “balcony overlooking the creek” but mostly looking at a covered chain link fence unless only look to the right. Wouldn’t pay more for that next time

Very fun, convenient to all Eugene attractions.
Pros:

Great location walking to University, food and gift shops. Great healthy grocery store across the street. Bar and restaurant on property is also wonderful and worth checking out for happy hour. Staff are very friendly and the complimentary breakfast is very good.
