Great location, nice breakfast, plenty of parking.
The hallways smell a bit funky—no elevator for upper floors and hard if carrying luggage.
Huge room with river view. Comfortable bed and very nice and hot shower.

The bed was nice
It really upset me that I wasn't given clean towels and my bed changed every day. In addition, I decided to check out one day early and they denied my refund for that day. They claimed that I pre-payed for the room therefore I was not allowed to have a refund. That was very disappointing.
The location was perfect. I felt very safe.
The icy parking lot. Oh, and the outside door on the 2nd floor slams and is very loud

Little dark, obviously renovated rooms from back in the day. It would be nice if the room areas were as pleasant (exterior/interior) as the main building. Also, breakfast are closed really early -- missed that opportinity
Comfort and flex check in/out
The lighting in the room was so bright with no way to dim it. Either softer lighting in the laps or dimmers would make it much cozier.
The manager Kelsea was extra helpful and solved a problem with our room.
