The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating with a late check out.
Breakfast was good, and included in the price; other guests also liked it a lot.
Location is good, right on the main road but not noisy, close to local businesses and the airport.
Our 'Non-Smoking' room had a noticeable smoke smell. Not the hotel's fault, but it should be deodorized.
The AC is loud and did not keep a constant temperature; the room got pretty warm before eventually cooling would kick in.

Whole experience was good, our second time visiting the area and staying here, will do again when we visit the area once again
For an older motel facility, we expected it to be tired and worn from years of use. NOT SO! It was immaculate and the care of whatever updates that may have been made over the years have been impeccable! I am in construction and rarely are such motels cared for in such clean detail!

We liked the location, even though it was a dead zone for my cell phone, and I wasn't able to connect my phone to your wi-fi. It was nice and quiet and in such a lovely setting. We will stay here again when stopping in Showlow !
