Definitely staying somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Was ok.

Cons:

No elevator. Not asked what level to stay on. As someone with bad hips and back was very hard having to climb stairs to a second floor with no option. Was told 2nd floor only, and zero elevator.

Fair enough for one night.
Cons:

Pool was filthy and seriously needed pool service. Not heated and spa was very dirty and did not operate and looked in very poor condition.

We enjoyed the pizza from across the street.

We only had coffee. It was okay

Cons:

Our coffee maker didn’t work. It was missing a piece. When I asked for a new one, I was told that they didn’t have one. How is that possible? The toilet did not flush properly. Again how could the daily maid not see that if they are cleaning it?

Second time I've been there in the last two years. Rooms somewhat newer and OK, service lacking.

Apparently, one of the counter persons didn't show up so I stood in line with everyone else for probably 30 or 40 minutes to check-in. The guy at the counter was doing what he could but he kept answering the phone. He would tell everyone that he was the only one there and ask for a call-back number but the callers would always suck him into a longer conversation which took way too long. He needed to be more stern and end those calls but clearly, they needed another person at the counter. Our reservation was for a king bed since it was my wife and I. What we got were two queen beds but I had no desire to go back to the front office and try to push a trade. We walked to dinner some time later. Going a coming I could see there was still a long line in the office.
