The staff was nice, especially the lady at the front desk
The hotel lobby and in our room smelled funky, and the A/c was off when we arrived to our room. Made it quite uncomfortable to sleep the first night.
Easy access to I55. Room was large and had a great view.
The pool could do either a good clean - water wasn’t clear and there was a lot of algae around the walls. When I got into the room it was boiling hot - took a while for the AC to cool it.

Very convenient location just off I-55. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, decent rates, good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Several local restaurants within short distance - nothing fancy but you won't go hungry. Also quite close to a Wally's. Didn't use breakfast option so can't comment.

Rooms are dated and dirty. Windows filthy with an old bit of wood as the only security stopping the window being fully opened. Went to use a plug socket behind the bedside cabinet and it was so dusty, I dont think its ever been cleaned. To top it all off, after charging me a $100 incidental fee, they proceeded to cancel my booking after I'd stayed there. I had to contact Best Western HO to get this fee reimbursed.
