We had such a wonderful experience that we are planning on staying again during our next visit to the area.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely fabulous during our stay. They attended to all our needs and went out of their way to assure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this property.

Good location.

Cons:

Expensive for a lower end hotel.

Hotel was dirty in the commons areas, hallways, etc. Has not been vacuumed in weeks.

Maint and supply rooms standing open and dirty

Room was decently clean

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was close to most things we needed.

Cons:

This place needs a serious face-lift, its very dated and the updates needed cant be masked by a coat of paint.

The room was clean for the most part but clean doesnt mask the musty smell. The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty and moldy. Breakfast was subpar - you could hear the breakfast attendant microwaving the sausage patties, the apple juice was watery and the orange juice seemed expired. I don't think charging $100+ is a fair price for something that still has the same carpet from the 90s (or before).

Pros:

We did not have a good experience at this hotel.
When we got to our room, the window was open; that should have been a clue that room needed airing out. We closed the window and turned on the air conditioner. The room didn't start cooling off so we called the front desk and the manager came and told up that for the air to work, we needed to close the curtains and turn it 63. After the sun went down, about 5 hours later, the air conditioner began to actually get the room to a comfortable 78-80 even with it set to 63.
The hotel had an indoor pool but it wasn't heated. Ankle deep was about as far as any of us ventured into the pool.
Breakfast the next morning was the next disappointment. Very little food was offered. My husband had a small scoop of scrambled eggs (all that was in the serving container) and one sausage (again, all that was in the serving container). I had two pieces of toast. Once those two slices of bread were taken from the bread box, the breakfast attendant replaced those two slices with two more slices. I'm sure management thought this was a good way to save money but people want a good breakfast before hitting the road to the next destination.
I was not impressed with anything about the place: not the service, not the cleanliness, not the amenities.

Pros:

Disability room was very close to the door. Room was super comfortable

Cons:

The first night the lock on my room didn’t work but the staff was amazing and got me another suitable room. The lock was fixed in the morning!
