Baymont by Wyndham Westampton

Breakfast was a bit weak, a/c made a lot of noise but overall it was adequate.

My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff can clean the hot tub and shower in room a little better than they did. But overall the facility is wonderful.

Room was good. Breakfast was only 1/2 set up.

Floors were dirty. Hallways smelled like weed. My room smelled like cigarettes. Rooms were very dark.

Everything was fine.

We had to make changes to our reservation and the management was very helpful!

The breakfast was some dried out scrambled eggs or stale breakfast cereal. EXTREAMLY limited to a point we went out to eat. I am shocked you placed the Wyndham name on it before updating it from what ever it was. The floors are worn and the carpets in the halls need scrubbed or replaced.

It’s a good stay for a nice short trip

The bathroom wall was dirty.

I was taken a back that the front desk is shielded by plexiglass that goes to the ceiling. The hotel is older and not the cleanest. The staff were friendly and helpful so that was really great!

My room had used towels with rice,hair and stains …it was disgusting
The shower had someone else’s shaved hairs on the wall…
The room smelled really bad…and just observing that room alone made me and my kids not want to eat in the dining area…

The lady at the front waived my deposit. She's the goat for that.

House cleaning does good job with what they have to work with but the renovations were fast and cheaply done and it shows.

The air conditioning barely worked. The first room I was given had two different large puddles on the floor . The next room I was given the air conditioner only stayed on for about 5 minutes, then would shut off for the next 45-60 minutes . It was 96 degrees outside and probably about 80 degrees in the room. I couldn’t get it any cooler . The fridge didn’t work well either , freezer section did , but not fridge , weird .
The remote stopped working so I couldn’t turn the tv off or change the channel . It was a connecting room and the sound from the other room was Very loud by the connecting door , even though both doors were shut and locked . Toilet also didn’t work right , had to flush a minimum of 3 times for just pee !!! They had a rug runner by the side door closest entrance to my room , that was awful , curled up at the edges , definitely a tripping hazard .

The smell of cigarettes was terrible through out the stay and the room wasn’t the room I requested. I requested two queen beds but instead I got two twins and the internet kept going out so it knock the service out the tv so couldn’t enjoy it

Unfortunately I could not have towels ? On top of the entire hotel smelling like cigarettes
