Best Western Voyager Place Hotel Newmarket.
Pros:

Highly recommended. Friendly, and helpful, front office staff. Always pleasant and welcoming. Well appointed and comfortable rooms . We always stay here when visiting family in Newmarket.

We had a good time. Beds were good and the room was clean. Will tell people about it.

We didn't eat there. But the coffee was good.

All the extra taxes you pay. I know it's not your fault. I don't travel much i guess. 🤣

With trhe exception of the bathroom fan and toilet, we were very satisfied with the hotel.
Pros:

My partner took in breakfast at the adjoining restaurant and said it was very good and thought it quite reasonable.
We found the hotel to be very conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shopping and close to both the 404 and 400 highways.

Cons:

We found the fan in the bathroom very loud and disturbing. Since it did not have an off and on switch of its own, every time the light in the bathroom was turned on the fan would come on. This affected both of our sleep during the night. Also, the toilet in the bathroom was so low it felt like you were almost sitting on the floor. Very unsafe, especially for seniors.

Cons:

They had to put me in their motel which is located behind the hotel...it is the same price as a hotel room there and it is no where near as nice....the sink didn't drain, the room was very outdated and tired looking.

Comfy, inviting, relaxing
Pros:

Clean room, excellent pillows, wonderful customer service. No complaints.
This was the third time I've stayed at this location and I would happily stay there again.
