Pros:

Room we had was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Rooms are a little dated however. They could definitely use an upgrade

Its fine for 1/2 nights.
Pros:

Old hotel with old air con unit. First room had smell from unit but I was moved to another room. Unit very noisy as is the fridge in room so switched it off bed was comfy though

Great weekend stay.
Pros:

It was quiet and clean. It is located in a very nice area of Newmarket. Did not see any homeless or intoxicated groups of people.

Cons:

Our room was 2 double instead of 2 queens. Which made it a little squishy for 4 people but our fault for booking last minute.
