The staff were super friendly and helped us get our cars parked when we arrived around 12 AM.
The room was really dirty. The mattress had stains on it, the sheets had holes in them, and there was some dust/dirt on the tables and counters when we arrived. Also, as she was checking in, a group of guys catcalled my fiancée. I know this is a budget hotel, but stained beds/furniture and getting catcalled are things I wouldn’t even tolerate at a hostel.
close to where we needed to be
they put you in lower class rooms if you have a dog.
The suite with the French Doors that separate the kitchen and the living room from the bedroom and bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful.
The jacuzzi tub tiles were broken in areas, one of the spots on the tub had pink nail polish dried on it. The curtains didn't close and cover the side of the window that people could see the bed and who was sleeping in it. We had to place the ironing board leaning on the wall to get the curtains to block the window on the left side where the bed was.
The location was good.
There is no elevator! Our room was filthy: entire floor was sticky, the shower had not been cleaned (hair that was not ours in shower and on floor), tile floor in bathroom was really dirty. Shampoo/conditioner/ hand lotion samples on the counter were not new and had been used by previous guest because they were. open. Property is really old and dated. We had a 3 inch hole in a wall. To top it off it was horribly expensive $265.
Hotel is outdated and could use some improvements. Clean enough for one or two nights and close enough to Omaha. There is never any traffic into town. It is fine for a solo traveler just passing through. Lots of people there for youth baseball tournaments and the College World Series. Typical just OK Best Western
Truck parking
Ac not working room phone was bad
convenient beds comfy excellent breakfast area
there were dirty hand prints all over the room door and light switches and only one ice machine was working
It was in a nice spot for where we needed to be.
It was gross. Staff argued with me over needing a couple extra towels for our room cause we had to use ours at the pool cause they had none in there. Pool was nasty smelled like a fish tank and was slimy from bacteria. The room was so hard to keep cool. Bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Shower temps was inconsistent. So it was hard to take a even just a steady warm shower. I've had a better experience at cheaper hotels.
They had tried to remodel the lobby
Pool smelled like sewage. Rooms and bathrooms smelled as if the sewer lines back up. We also had multiple rashes from swimming. The doors to interior were broken and barely locked. Showers were so short could it stand up straight and heads did not move.
Initial first impression when entering to check in was good. Dining area off to the left looked nice. All three rooms however had a strange, nasty odor and the floors were dirty! Large piece of drywall was missing under the bathroom sink in one of the three rooms we reserved.
Knob missing from the refrigerator so temperature couldn't be changed to colder. Air conditioning couldn't be changed to colder. HARD to sleep with the room so hot.
Roomy refrigerator. Nice temperature in the room.
The handicap room was in the worst possible location, luggage carts on one end of the motel and parking on the other so I was making multiple, painful trips to my car. No ice in the ice machine in the morning.
Convenience to interstate 29. Rewards
very small ants on bathroom floor. Looks like bugs of some kind in corner of bathtub next to toilet.
floor dirty. Coffee pad was left in the coffee pot, backsplash on bathroom sink dirty.
