Not great
Cons:

There was a fire alarm chirping all night long right outside my door (dead battery?) I reported it and was told maintenance was on the way, still chirping in the morning.
Also had to change rooms when I got there because the power to the nightstand didn’t work (wall socket was dead).

I absolutely loved the people there were friendly and nice when I checked the guy was friendly explained everything the house keeping lady, the night attendant lady and the lady behind the breakfast counter Very nice polite I was really impressed by this hotel and its staff

Decent place to stay. Has breakfast.

We had to change rooms due to faulty fridge and side table light. New room also had faulty hair dryer and loose plug in outlets.

The Worst Hotel and Staff
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

I booked my room ahead of time and paid online. They canceled my booking without calling me and told me they would refund me but then never did. They made me purchase a whole new room that was sketchy. The door didnt latch so it was always open, you didnt need a key card. The room was dirty and ao was the bathtub. I would never stay here again nor would I refer anyone.

Was lied to by staff at the front desk
Pros:

Clean and price was good.

Cons:

The first room we were placed in smelled like smoke so had to ask for another one. Was lied to by the person at the front desk was told that the pool was under maintenance and wouldn’t be opened until the next day then was given a room that over looked the pool and you could clearly see a family with little kids playing in the pool and the note on the door said maintenance until 6 pm. We ended up going to the pool after 6 pm but don’t appreciate being lied to.
