Nice, Clean Hotel Entirely Ruined by Hostile ManagementI am giving this property a 1-star rating solely because of the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism from the hotel manager. The front desk and housekeeping staff keep the property nice and clean, but the management's customer service is completely unacceptable.I called multiple times to adjust my booking dates due to a massive scheduling conflict. Instead of trying to assist a paying customer or offering an empathetic solution, the manager huffed at me over the phone. She aggressively passed the buck, claiming that Booking.com was lying and insisting that only the platform could fix the issue. To make matters worse, the property immediately pushed my $231 charge through the second I hung up the phone.Even if strict booking windows or cancellation policies mean a date change cannot be granted, a professional manager delivers that news with basic human decency. She easily could have checked availability over the next few months to retain my business, especially since this location is cheaper than neighboring properties. Instead, her hostile and defensive attitude entirely ruined my experience. I will not return.

No bacon for breakfast

Horrible staff no customer service at all and glared at my children when called out microwave was broken and had to fix the TV myself

The room smelled so bad like a offbrand antiseptic. I am pretty sure it was the cleansing solution that was used so I did not ask to change the room. But the smell was so strong and not pleasant.
Also, the safety lock did not work. The latch at the top of the door obviously worked, but I was unable to turn the lock latch. Again, I didn’t feel in any danger that I needed to request a change of rooms. It’s just a note that I couldn’t do the additional lock.

It would be nice to have coffee

Someone was blasting music all night long we didnt sleep much the 1st night bc of it. And the hot tub was not cold but a cold tub.

ONLY thing not great about our stay was that the hot water in the shower did not stay hot.

Personalet kunne ikke finde min booking lavet via booking.com flere dage i forvejen på trods af, at jeg havde fået en bekræftelsesmail fra hotellet og været i kontakt med hotellet, og var ikke særlig behjælpelig med at løse det, men ville blot have, at jeg skulle lave en ny booking, selvom jeg havde betalt. Til sidst fandt de lin booking gennem mit mellemnavn.
Der var en list underlig og dårlig lugt på værelset.

No coffee makers in the room or hair dryer. No Kleenex. Sauna was lukewarm warm water. No coffee in the lobby. Only breakfast has coffee.

Be less expensive

The property is poorly lit which is a potential safety concern.
