very good and the location was excellent
Pros:

good selection for breakfast. Staff was excellent

Surprising little spot. Will definitely stay again on our next trip through salmon arm.
Pros:

Wasn’t expecting such a great stay at a little motel off the highway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (the little lady in the breakfast room especially!). The room was very clean. They were actively spending $ on ongoing maintenance. We didn’t use the pool - can’t vouch for it, but given the rest of the facilities were great, i would imagine the pool was too.
Would definitely stay again.

Creepy crawly
Pros:

The room was crawling with flies and roaches. The floors were filthy. Bed was comfortable, but whole experience left a lot to be desired.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. The door didn't seal so the bugs just came right in. It was a constant struggle.

Good location and great breakfast included. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The floor in the room was absolutely filthy. Our feet and socks were black after just walking into the room. They clearly never mop the floors. They are also chintzy with the towels. 4 people, 3 towels. We also booked a room with 2 queen beds and got double beds. We got in very late and so didn’t bother to complain at that time, and the front desk staff didn’t ask about our stay in the morning, just snatched the key and abruptly walked off.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent value for money.
The room was large and very comfortable. It included a fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
Free breakfast was extremely good: choice of cereals, toast, fruit, yogurt and waffles.
The woman running the breakfast room was so friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Nothing - a great stay.

Over all great place to stay.
