Great stay for the value
Pros:

Great staff and accommodations. Continental breakfast was top tier and one of the best I’ve had.

Pros:

I liked our room was placed by pet area for easy access. The breakfast was much better than most hotels--actually hot, good food.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub closed at 9pm. We were there for a tournament and didn't have a chance to use the area because it closed too early.

Can’t reccomend the Best Western in Pinedale enough, we felt very well cared for and enjoyed a clean beautiful stay.
Pros:

Clean and the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. We loved the omelet chef in the morning!

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Someone was there making to order omelets. The swimming pool was very cold and the hot tub was more of a lule warm tub, but overall the stay was good.

Hotel prima, Check-in bei uns eine Katastrophe
Pros:

Wir waren einen Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, es wurde sogar frisches Rührei auf Wunsch zubereitet.

Cons:

Das habe wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben ca. 10 Monate im voraus für 155 USD gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns dann der Bogen mit einem Preis von 287 USD vorgelegt mit dem Hinweis auf unsere Nachfrage, dass wir vor über einem Jahr gebucht hätten (stimmte übrigens nicht, s.o.) und die Preise jetzt höher wären. Auch die vorgelegte Bestätigung interessierte zunächst nicht. Nach vielen und langen Diskussionen sowie zwei Telefonaten der Mitarbeiterin mit dem Manager wurde der Preis auf den ursprünglichen Preis reduziert. Gefühlt aber auch nur, weil wir keinerlei Anstalten machten, den Preis zu akzeptieren oder die Rezeption zu verlassen. Was hier schiefgelaufen ist, keine Ahnung, aber dieses Verhalten ist aus unserer Sicht mehr als unseriös und kostet leider einige Punkte in der Bewertung.

Good value
Pros:

Good and inexpensive option in Pinedale. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, location is great (we love the Wrangler Cafe and it's just across the street from the hotel). We often use Pinedale as a base point for trips into the Wind River Range and the Best Western is a great option for that.

Pros:

Poor quality breakfast, hash browns were hard, not much variety. Toilet in the room was for toddlers, too many lamps but not not enough light to see your face in the mirror. Overall, very old and outdated hotel , carpet that doesn’t look inviting to step on it barefoot. Would not recommend this place.
