Good location, comfortable beds, nice staff.

Cons:

The room had so many little red and blinking lights it was like trying to sleep beneath a disco strobe. Pure insanity to think that any normal human being can sleep nicely under such conditions. Also, the bathroom fan sounded like a lawn mower engine. Other than these horrible annoyances, the room was fine.

A Welcoming Gateway To Monticello, NY
Pros:

Our one-night stay after a long drive arriving later than expected found the two shifts -evening to night - were both tip top helpful. Night-shift Shaun (Sean) solved problems, and both the evening and day shifts (breakfast & housekeeping) were attentive and let us feel free to relax before our morning appointment -- cannot express how wonderful that made us feel to be content and rested in the short time we allowed ourselves. The next day was a success augmented by the Monticello, Best Western welcome and restfulness support!

Cons:

The lighting was so good but strong, for the earlier riser it would have been better if the sink area lighting had a dimmer. And, if the breakfast service had trays available for taking breakfast to the sleepier partner, that would be over the top great.
