Hotel is very clean on the outside as well as the inside! The manger and his wife are very nice and helpful.. My room is very spacious and clean! Everything looks very updated and the beds are comfortable! Highly recommend if you need a nice quite comfortable place to stay and if I ever come back this way I will stay again!

Clean but dinghy, no breakfast, quiet, easy, safe area. Front desk man was nice but not quick. Great for the price.

Priced right (less than $80 after tax). Beds very comfortable. Property shows wear. Housekeeping forgot to empty trash can in bathroom from previous guest. Bedding and towels clean.

The service was great! A nice size room and the beds were comfortable. Interior hallways made it really quiet and we were near an entryway. Right next to Flying J who has a Denny's and conventional truck stop fare.

Manager at front desk was rude when I asked for extra time at check out( 20 minutes). My fiancé was getting ready and needed more time to get dress. He had a mean attitude with me and gave me 10 minutes instead. The worst.

Chinese restaurant on location was excellent

Excellent check in. Room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a very comfortable couch with 2 ottomans. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we ever slept in.

I was really quite impressed at the stay given the price. The room was clean and in good condition. The family running the place were nice and helpful. It was certainly no frills, but of all of the hotels in this price range this is easily the best experience I’ve had. I would match the condition to hotels priced 50% more. The area was safe, though a bit noisy. I would trust bringing my kids, though I was solo this trip. I definitely recommend it.

Convenient , check in was about 5 minutes. The room was clean and the whole building smelt clean. Only issue was the lobby was closed when I went to check out, but I was also checking out at 530am so it wasn’t an issue.

This was an easy place to stay close to Downtown Memphis. Nothing special, but GREAT for the price. Clean, comfortable bed, a little.bit of freeway noise, but not anything that kept me awake.

nothing unique about it. we were looking for a cheaper, clean place to crash after a ball game since we live out of state. we got what we paid for, a standard clean room.

Badly

The bathroom had mice droppings behind it too nasty to take a picture and it smells in the hallway. They knocked on the door starting at ten o’clock and check out is 11am. They aren’t friendly with the customers. The first and last time!

We're still here but the room has been very nice. The only issue is that the fridge didn't work but that wasn't a big deal to us. Friendly gentleman at check-in, the room is everything we needed for just crashing for a few hours before continuing our travels.

Check in was in the vestibule because the lobby was locked, but it took a little while and was pretty chilly.
