very good location, very clean, If I am traveling to Alpine, I will stay in this property again.
Pros:

the room was clean when we arrived, the bad sheet is clean, shower room is clean, floor carpet is clean without any odor. there are towels around the pools, there are cool pool and warm pool, shallow and regular depth, suitable for kids and adults. The breakfast is very good in this area.

Cons:

nothing to mention is unlike in this hotel stay. I feel pretty comfortable with this facility.

Nice Hotel, Great Location!
Pros:

Hotel was clean, luggage carts were in the lobby where they are supposed to be, breakfast was good and hot, air conditioner worked great, ice machine was working.

Cons:

Unknowlegable staff attempted to charge me a "service fee" but couldn't explain what that fee was for, room was prepaid 100% online when reservation was made. After I disputed the "fee", senior staff confirmed I didn't owe any more money!
