Best Western Colonial Inn

The front desk staff was great and the lobby was cute, and then we got to the room. The bed in the first room was broken and had sand and trash in it and the room smelled bad. They moved us to a different room which was better. Both rooms were in need of complete renovation and their maintenance crew does a poor job. Parts are hanging off of the shower, painting is worse than amateur, and the entire experience was disappointing. The toilet had black rings in it and we could see daylight under the door that allowed gnats and mosquitoes in. This location does NOT meet the Best Western standard.

We had one night booked on our way to Dollywood from Orlando just to break up our road trip . We ended up leaving and not staying the night … that’s how filthy this room was . Dirt caked in the corners of the floor, dead cockroach , dirty pillows and a shower that did not work… oh and a toe nail ! My daughter cried and said she didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep so we put our suitcases back in the car and booked a marriot , they are always consistently clean.

This BW has comfortable rooms. Bathroom is clean.
. good breakfast. Nice chairs and pool area . Breakfast area roomy comfortable. Breakfast good biscuits and gravy. Eggs . sausage. Good coffee. Captain D's restaurant beside the hotel has good fish and fries. 5.99 . Good stop for traveling the last 4 hours to Florida

it was great. just dont stay in a room pointing toward the road. A little noisy. i dont have anything else to say. looks like 100 words to me

They have the friendliest staff!! Front desk & breakfast lady were wonderful! So were her biscuits. :))
Room was perfect. Warm, clean, nice.
Right on main highway, so plenty of choices for eating.

We ended up here spur of the moment after another hotel booking was a catastrophe. This hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the balconies. Downside is no elevator and we have a handicapped person in the party.

The front desk were very friendly. Room looked like they have been updating them. needed new carpet. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.

One of best breakfast bars we have had. Staff was great and very friendly and accommodating! Did not overcharge for a pet as some hotels do. Love that Cracker Barrel was in walking distance.

The staff at this Best Western were absolutely the best. They were very helpful, kind and super friendly. The best check-in experience, great breakfast. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. It is quiet for it being right off the interstate. I would recommend highly

A comfortable stop on the interstate between NC and FL. We have stayed here many times and it is also great. The rooms are comfortable and food is hot and plentiful

The hotel lobby and receptionists were very nice. Variety of foods for breakfast was great. Beds were new and very comfortable. BUT the bathroom/shower area was nasty. Tile floors sticky and the toilet had to be flushed twice. Toilet height is extremely low. Not suited for us older folks or tall people.
