I like the area I've been here before I was thrilled about the room. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good.

The working was amazing

The property is old and poorly maintained. While the receptionist was friendly, nearly everything else was disappointing.

The room showed clear water damage on the ceiling, with parts of the ceiling hanging down, and half of the curtains were stained. The carpet had multiple large stains, and the refrigerator was so loud it had to be unplugged. The shower and sink were filthy, with mold around the edges.

Additionally, my reservation was for a king bed for two people, but at check-in I was told the only available option was a room with two double beds. This was especially inconvenient when traveling with a spouse.

Great place! Later check out available! They are rebuilding restaurant inside but very nice place and people! Very helpful! The view is beautiful but uber does not work here

Room was super outdated and nasty. There was cobwebs in ever corner of each room near ceilings. Cobwebs behind end tables so thick it would catch anything that fell behind there. Toilet seat barely attached to toilet. Hair on walls in bath/shower area. Refrigerator bot working. Area outside door was covered in trash, spills on walkway and smelt like puke. Room way overpriced for what you got. Will not ever stay here again!

This is a motel, not a hotel. Our “nonsmoking” room was located on the way back of the property that definitely smelled like smoke. We did not take showers as the water also had an odor. The outside of the rooms had trash, grills, and what appeared to be broke down cars all over. Had it not been so late and we were exhausted, we would have went else where. We will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else as well.

Would never stay here again; room very old bldg, bed uncomfortable, bathroom not clean…..just a very old hotel and it looks it.

Had seen better days. Probably was a great hotel in its day. Definitely needed some TLC. Would not stay longer than a quick overnight.

No shampoo and conditioner in room.
No extra plugs. Front desk had very nice people.
Room had bad smell

Very dated and not very clean motel. Everything smelled musty and there was standing water in the tub that wouldnt drain. On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the outdoor pool seemed to be qell taken care of

The place is a mess. Constantly being renovated. They advertise a restaurant, but it is under construction. The rooms are old and not very clean. Stay somewhere else!

This hotel has been there for a long time. it is an easy place to stay in Covenington. We ate at a resturant that the hotel gave us coupons for and it was good.

Our room smelled. We went to store for spray. Smell of Marijuana smoke was overpowering. Freezer was completely iced up & temp knob broken off. Refrigerator unit is leaning, like legs were broken & rusted. Every 15 minutes it sounded like a shower was turned on. Metal objects are rusty. If I had other options I would have left.
