Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The handle on the bottle of bath soap was broken off so I could not use it. However, bar soap was provided.

Bad food, very limited staff, cooking smells in room.
Pros:

The breakfast was the worst of all the Best Western properties I've experienced. The eggs were literally like rubber and the people that came after had to request the food to be replenished, because the trays were empty. No one came by the time we left.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. Cooking smells from the breakfast area came down the hall into our room.

Very disappointing after a long drive.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the location of the property. There was a place to walk our dog.

Cons:

The TV was server based (according to the front desk). It did not have enough bandwidth to televise live sports. We tried to watch an NFL game, and it dropped out several times. We called the front desk, and they said that there was nothing they could do, the server couldn't keep up. We finally watched it on our phones. The breakfast looked tasty but when my wife took the fresh oatmeal it turned out to be grits. A little labeling would have helped. We then got a cup of tea. There was not enough hot water for two cups and the water that was there was not hot at all.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The only staff member we saw was very friendly and professional. The hotel is located right off the main road and we could hear semi-trucks pass by, but it wasn’t too bad.
