Good for a night for our boating needs
Pros:

Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

No elevator. Husband hurt his back and could not carry anything. I had to make several trips to get everything upstairs. Our room was by the stairs which was good but also by the front. People below were talking loud until 1am. Thank goodness for ear plugs.

It was a place to sleep and the front counter staff was very nice but the room and amenities were lacking. The price was

The breakfast was hot and pretty good

Cons:

Out dated.. the carpet felt old and the shower curtain was placed too high above tub. It wasn’t long enough and water could get out of the tub during a shower. The tv remote did not work well. You had to use two different remotes to access volume or change the Channel.

You get what you pay for. Needed it to sleep but didn’t really get sleep with noisey upstairs guests

Location central and close to gas and food and continental breakfast. Priced decently

Cons:

Bathroom had mold discoloration, and upstairs guests were extremely loud didn’t get any sleep

Well, it’s close to the casino. My family stays at we stay on the lake and also it’s close to Walmart and their Jack-in-the-Box but then again it’s a tiny little town. I have to say Krystal was very nice. Very helpful friendly from my experience between her and the other girl that works there the other girls lazy rude didn’t even wanna help me figure out something in my room. I guess it was too hard for her to get up from the chair but crystals like friendly greets you tells you goodbye good morning how are you? Do you need anything? She’s just a very talkative lovely spirit and that’s why I stay there so every Fourth of July when I come to Parker Arizona, I will be staying at this location yeah I can go stay in the casino and have a better room with a nice view of the lake with the balcony but at the end of the day I feel like I get treated better at this location. If it wasn’t for Crystal, I wouldn’t stay at this location and they’re clean anything I ask for I get it right away and they have free breakfast. My daughter enjoyed it. She went downstairs to eat. She said it was good.

Cons:

They need better pillows and my room had a odor of steel cigarettes even though I asked the housekeeper this is a non-smoking room. She said yes it was not a smoking room, but it just had this dead stale odor of cigarettes and I stood there before and my room didn’t smell like that but this room when I stood there this Fourth of July it had that odor and it was pretty disgusting, but I wasn’t gonna ask to be transferred to another of the room because supposedly there was nothing available so I wasn’t too happy with that

Comfortable beds, clean room.
Pros:

All staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious 😋

I would not want to stay here again.
Pros:

The pool was clean and available.

Cons:

The room, 119, smelled like wet dog and dirty feet. It was horrible. I gave my employees the other room, 219, because they deserve better.
There was not a single working ice machine in the building.
I am a Diamond Member at Hilton, now I know why I go there.

Not clean needs a lot of maintenance on upkeep

The staff was nice and kind with great manners

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, the a/c rattles all night, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall so the shower curtain didn’t sit properly and there was a foot on each side you couldn’t cover. When we got there there was no parking at the hotel so we had to park at the restaurant next door in hopes we didn’t wake up to our car towed.

Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

There is no boat parking. The giant empty lot behind the hotel is off limits, as is the lot directly across from the hotel. But we were directed to park down the street across a busy 5 lane road with no crosswalk.
