My colleague had bugs in her room. They changed her room, but she later found more bugs in her new room. My room had a dirty toilet seat - Not the lid, but urine on the seat.

Room furniture is getting run down

It was just a place to stay overnight after working long hrs for a local company . The heater did not work, the room was extremely cold, was too tired and too late to call. I was placed on the second floor down the hall from the side entrance, the first room to hit the draft from the side door. The side door of the building is broken, does not lock, and often stays open. Very unsafe for women traveling alone. The bathrooms have mold and not sure what was splashed against the bathroom door, the dust along the wall was built up, food left in the fridge. I felt like I stayed at some type of brothel and would check this place out first for missing women, this one slept with one eye open and bear spray in hand.

You had to ask for ice at the lobby even though there are still signs up saying there's an ice machine on the 3rd floor.

Bath tub area could use some grab bars in the tub area

The property is run down - the heat wasnt working properly. The first room was freezing the second one was too hot … the wall paper was peeling off the wall.
No one came to clean our room … and someone was arrested there (we hear there are a lot of drugs involved on the property) and their dog was left in a room - it took hours before someone came to get the poor dog. And the food wasn’t great - the chips from the fish and chips were cold and not fresh.

The shower head needs to be replaced. The shower head was not working properly.

Need to update this hotel, very expensive for very poor service, and ugly dirty place, was similar to a horror movie

Bathroom had a bad smell, especially when fan was put on. May need a cleaning…
Or, could be the toilet also….
Other than that, it was OK…

Il faisait 50 dans la chambre quand on est arrivé!!! ( 10 degrés Celsius ) les murs de la chambres étaient magané ainsi que le plafond et ce n’était pas très propre

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, we booked an additional day and they tried to tell us to leave when we had paid for 2 nights and when we were packing to go at 10am (check out is at 11AM) our key cards stopped working.
It's just a bad experience this time. I really wish there was a second hotel in renfrew. We will probably use a motel next time. I do not want to go back.

The hair dryer had burned plastic inside, and the heater stopped working during the night. Cold air was blowing in through the heater/air conditioner all night, was cold in the morning.

Very dated When I called to say there was a better rate on Expedia and asked if they would match gentleman said no call Expedia. Terrible front desk service

Would need some renovation and new beds
