Not very happy.

Quietness

Cons:

Hair dryer caught on fire. Front desk acted as if it was normal. After looking at the hair dryer looked like it had caught on fire previously. Smoke detector in the room was covered with a plastic wrap. Asked for extra towels had to exchange the 2 towels we had in for extra towels.

Could be a very nice hotel but very run down and not well taken care of.

Our room had no towels, washcloths or pillows.. beds were made but bathroom was not clean! When asked front desk for towels, washcloths and pillows all they gave us was pool towels that have seen better days…

Might be a step above roach motel.

Price was decent

Cons:

Someone was smoking pot and it was breath taking on our floor. The fleas, roaches and bugs were not a good thing or expected. The pool was very cold and dirty. The hot tub was barely warm and not very clean. The windows had stuff smeared all over them. You could not find help. Only located coffee for breakfast. The bedding was dirty and stained. Front desk is only manned for check in hours. We did complain about the pot smell. Worker appeared to have walked down the hall and sprayed air freshener. It didn't help. The desk at checkout had a sign to leave your key. I left the keys and some bugs.

Pros:

It was a place to sleep since I couldn’t get a refund plus’s got charged $100 dollars extra a room

check in was way to slow 40 minutes, we had no towels in our room, when we went o\to the front desk they could only give us two pool towels. there was no wifi. Totally sucked

Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The property was clean.

Cons:

I tried to call front desk for weeks and weeks. I got others to call as well but none of us were able to get anyone to answer the phone. I found out why when we got there. The boy working front desk left his friends outside long enough to check us in but then was back outside sitting in a little black car with them. I didn’t bring my dogs with me— because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the hotel. I even called the main # to quality inn and they said they didn’t know why no one was answering. This entire experience was just bad. And then when I got there he tried to charge me again for a room
I already paid in full for! And I got no discount for having no pets with me.
