LOCATION: Iowa Speedway 13 miles away and close to restaurants. Hot water for showers. Breakfast area had a nice selection of fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable. When checking out the man at desk was very apologetic about the air issue.
No working air-conditioning. 78° outside which felt cooler then our room. They gave us aa oscillation fan to push the warm air around in our 2nd story room. Was going to refund me some money on the room but later said they didn't have a credit card on file since I went through booking.com. But 3 weeks prior they had called me stating that the credit card I had put on file with booking.com, wouldn't go through so I would have to provide them with alternative card or they would cancel my reservation. But they didn't have a card on file to give me a refund? They did offer that I could stay there again for a discounted rate. Like I travel for a living
Very clean. Comfortable beds and nice staff.

The hotel could use some updating. Tight area around main desk area. Looked like one or two people were doing everything.
The property itself was nice. Walking in it looked presentable
The man vacuuming the hallway with a can of raid concerned me. I figured out they have an ant problem. Waking up in the morning and ants on my bed.
Almost everything was very good.
Only turn off.... finding black hair on bathroom floor. Otherwise would have rated a 10.

Breakfast was great, but ended too early for me. Rooms were sound proofed very well, which is the second most important thing to me.
Sunday breakfast should go later than 9:00.
Very nice staff. The breakfast was nice and well stocked. The breakfast lady was very friendly and attentive.

I canceled this reservation 10 minutes after I made it.This hotel is closed for business $106 was deducted from my account ending in 6301.I want my money printed back to my account.ASAP please, this is unacceptable.I get charged after I canceled my reservation! And the business is closed anyway I NEVER STAYEDBAT THIS HOTEL!

Smelly, smoky room. Air unit on wall did not work. Sticky bathroom floor. No lobby area. Staff was never at desk after checkin. Sketchy area. Would never go back.
