Pros:

Lady at desk & maintenance man was friendly. Housekeeper was too.

Cons:

The pool was down. It was green with algae. One reason I picked this motel was the looks of the pool for our granddaughters to play in. They were trying to fix, but we didn't get to use while we were there.

Pros:

Everything. The front desk staff was very nice. It was a pleasure talking with them.
The breakfast was like most of the other places. But the coffee was the best. Many levels of flavor to chose from.
Very clean and musty smells.

Cons:

I dont think there was anything we didn't like. It could have had more light in the room but It was very nice.

This hotel is an excellent choice for comfort and cleanliness while in the Grand Lake area.
Pros:

It was perfect for my high school senior daughter and I. We shopped all the bougie boutique thrift shops in the area, loved coming back to hot cocoa and hot baked cookies each night. Coffee bar all day was also handy, hot coffee with breakfast, iced coffee to-go. Front desk and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfy bed, huge tub.

A hot tub on site would make our stay complete

Great value and service
Pros:

We stopped at this Best Western based on our stay the night before in IL ( it was great)
Another great nights sleep, Dee Dee at the front desk was very helpful
