Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: several guests reported humidity, wet/mildew smells, damp carpets/sheets, a leaking AC and at least one insect sighting; others said rooms were clean. Overall cleanliness is below average due to recurring moisture/odor issues.
Service
9.3
Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful check-in/out, staff training noted positively and a manager issued a discount when amenities failed. One isolated report of an unfriendly receptionist, but overall service is a strong point.
Location
8.7
Many guests highlighted a convenient location for the area (good for St George Island, easy stop on route) and on-site parking; one report of safety concerns in the parking area at night but location remains a positive feature.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are generally comfortable with roomy layouts, comfy beds, cold refrigerators and good showers; some issues reported such as noisy AC, a misaligned bathroom door, curtains not staying closed and occasional buzzing noises.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed amenity experience: breakfast offered and a pool is available, but there are reports of the pool being closed/down or misused by non-guests at night, intermittent Wi‑Fi outages and operational issues (e.g., hot water/sink flow irregularities).
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple guests commented on good prices and a solid value (some noted parking and breakfast included); manager responsiveness to problems also supports perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Breakfast generally described as varied and adequate, with several positive notes; some guests wanted better selection/flavor, reported busy waffle station and an incident with cleaning supplies on the breakfast line.
Overall Experience
7.4
Overall stays were often described as 'great' with friendly staff and comfortable rooms, but recurring cleanliness/moisture issues and occasional amenity failures temper the overall experience.

Pros:

Läget

Cons:
