Not worth the price. Dirty and the linens smelled like bleach
Pros:

The carpet was filthy. Our sink didn't have hot water. The TV did not work. The pool and hot tub had people throwing around a football.

I will say the breakfast omelet bar was enjoyable and the only highlight of the trip.

Pros:

Front desk will not give you any information even with a reservation. Claiming sold out even though I have a reservation. Needed to confirm what time I could check in at the latest and they would not answer the question. Staff needs to be trained better on customer service and how to value the people paying their establishment. Don’t waste your time here, you’ll get better service at a few other hotels in the area.

liked the sink and counter separate from the toilet/shower.

very well lit, much better than most

Cons:

Not a lot of parking, but at least it's free

Great Location, closes to restaurants, attractions and Twin Falls.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and in a good location off the lobby. Lots of choices hot and cold. Bonus, was a staff member making omelets, eggs, pancakes and more.

Pros:

Clean and where we located conveniently. Glad for the laundry.

Cons:

1. Not well maintained. The sink didn’t work well. Part of the lamp fell off onto the floor.
2. Staff was not helpful at all. I had a lot of trash and wanted to leave it in the hall to be picked up. And the desk staff told me to haul it down to the outside dumpster. Completely out of line considering that we paid hotel prices! To add insult to injury, there is a tip envelope left in the room! For what exactly?
3. When I was checking out the staff person asked “how was your stay” and I answered “not great.” The response “Wonderful! Have a good day!”

Pros:

A glass of wine after a long day of travel. The young lady who checked us in was wonderful. We really enjoyed our breakfast, my omelette was delicious.

Wish there had been more secure parking.
