It was ok. We have been to better Quality Inn's but it was ok.
Cons:

There was no Employee at the front desk when we arrived. We waited about 10 minutes. There was no Employee when we left so I just dropped the room keys in a square basket they had sitting there. The room was small but it was ok. I would like to have had a receipt when we left but you seem to be short on Employees. I couldn't get the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the tub to work very well and your hand soap bars were pretty small. We didn't stay for breakfast because we went to a restaurant so I couldn't rate how that was. But our stay was pretty good for the most part. Just a sense of Employees at the front desk coming and going.

Clean, and great value hotel.
Pros:

It was clean and the front desk lady was super nice. She was a younger sweet girl. She got me a room on the first floor because I can’t do stairs.

Cons:

It didn’t have an elevator.

Not bad minus the A/C issue

Friendly staff. Great location for shopping, restaurants. The room was clean.

Cons:

Not much of a breakfast. Chlorine smell was strong throughout the hall. The bed was not comfortable at all. We've stayed at other Quality Inns and they have been so much better. Disappointed.
