The room was clean and everything I needed it to be for the few days I stayed there.

The whole property smells I think it’s best not to cook slop in the hotel the whole property smell like India and the plumbing is horrible the water from the toilet shouldn’t have a smell like that something is seriously wrong with the plumbing and price management cause this hotel should be a motel with a 50 dollar room fee place was tragic

The hotel's service was very poor. Breakfast was not replenished. The room was clean, but everything was very simple, the bare minimum. The facilities worked.

Property was good, but breakfast was inconsistent. During 8 day stay, eggs and sausage were plentiful and fresh each morning at the start of our stay. However, with each passing day, the quantity diminished and it was obvious that what was available was reheated from the previous day. By day 8, the only eggs that were available were the four dried out patties from the day before. Lots of room for improvement there. Room was clean and refreshed each day. Refrigerator wasn’t working upon arrival, but was replaced promptly. Glass shelf in the bathroom (room 114) needs to be tightened. The shelf is sagging to the point where items slide off into the sink. The shower water valve also needs to be resealed. The shower drips constantly.

Very comfortable beds and very helpful staff

Barely above decent considering the price point. Breakfast is not great, beds were horrible, and bathrooms are very tight. Overall it’s very dated, but extremely close to Ball State University. Plus side it doesn’t have carpet, has small clean fridge, clean microwave, and decent tv channels.

Internet access was unusable most of the time. AC was off when we arrived, it was 90+ degrees outside and it took our room over 8 hours to cool.

We found teeny tiny small black mites in the sink and around the jetted tub. Not sure what they were but I do not think they were bed bugs.

I paid 149.00 per night for this on hotels.com. The beds were quite small and the kind that has a metal base with a headboard that is attached to the wall, but not the bed. The room WAS very clean, but it was a cheap room for the price. There was no elevator, and I was traveling with another who can't climb stairs. Breakfast was ridiculous - very tiny and burnt up sausages, gelatinous gravy, obviously fake eggs, and a couple of yogurts in the fridge. I don't expect luxury for a continental breakfast but have attended many hotels with better quality. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, but the quality for the price was ridiculous@
