Its very close to the train station and they are so friendly, have a great time.

Older fixtures and furniture could do with a refresh. Unidentifiable odour in room.
They booked me into a 4th floor room and the air conditioning system that was on the roof above was so noisy that I could not sleep. I had to check out of the room and go to another hotel. The staff was not helpful and refused to give me a refund for the night
Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean and always stocked daily.
Elevator was iffy and often smelled. May have been other travelers. Floor needed to be cleaned more often.

I tend to stay at a Best Western Plus near my employer's HQ while on business, so my spouse and I thought we'd try this Best Western after a long time away.
On the positive side, we found the location generally clean. The breakfast included in the stay had a wide selection and friendly staff.
We have several suggestions for improvements and cautions.
The pillows, bedding, and towels seem low cost and very poor quality. The pillow felt like something one would find in a prison.
The place could generally use a lot more maintenance. The front doors were difficult to open. Our bathroom tap had a constant drip.
On the security front, be sure to lock and bar your door. It's not clear what/if any system can keep non-guests from coming up to guest rooms. There is no security on the elevator.
On the last night of our stay, we had shut, supposedly locked, and secured the door. We woke up the next morning to find the door ajar, although the security bar held out whoever tried to get access to the room. That the door didn't fully lock is likely on us for not having checked more thoroughly (and we usually do check carefully), but seeing the door ajar the next morning raised some serious questions about the security of the property.

AC units need to change its too aged.
Had noise all night from unannounced construction, renovation on the third floor. Tried to talk to the manager Abdul Ali about it. He was not available and did not call me or email me. Their sign next to the reception counter says
"We want to make it right." But they did nothing.
