Breakfast and the staff in the Breakfast room. There was a lady in there that was excellent customer service
Breakfast had great cold and hot options. Staff was friendly through out our stay and access of everything was easy.
Bed was extremely hard and not the most comfortable to sleep on. There was a loud engine sounding noise that came from below the bathroom at around 5am and the AC is pretty loud for light sleepers.

The bed was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was like sleeping on a piece of ply wood with a sheet on it. Breakfast had good options but eggs, potato’s, and sausage were all cold. Eggs were also watery.

Great thing about Best Western hotels is that they do not nickel and dime you with add-on fees. What they show on the website invoice is what you pay for.
Now specifically about this property, it was not just clean with warm customer service, but you can tell that the owners really thought about the comfort of the guests. I was welcomed with a cookie, the room came with ear plugs (so thoughtful) and blackout windows that worked well, and a few other details where you felt like the owners were really thinking about the guest experience. They have only one set of washer and dryer, but they worked well. Will stay here again if I am in the area

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the air handler was very loud.

Great location, easy drive to Death Valley
This hotel was way cleaner than I had expected. The cleaning staff works hard to maintain the rooms clean and comfortable for guest. There was no mold in the showers which I can't say the same for staying at Marriott or Hilton. This was cleaner than most hotels. Really greatly for the piece of mind. Towels were super white and the bed sheets. Also includes breakfast. Coffee was good and everyone enjoyed the eggs and waffles. Staff was fast to assist when we called for help. I highly recommend this location.
