The hotel stay was fine - dealing with booking.com was horrible!
Pros:

The location

Cons:

They gave us an ADA room in which we did not need an it smelled really bad so we had to ask for another room and they changed our room and apologized and the new room was fine - the worst part was using booking.com, we needed to change our stay date and the hotel couldn't help us because we used booking.com and booking.com would not responded after several attempts to contact them - we will never use booking.com again

Pros:

Close to the expressway, easy access. Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner. Room smelled a little musty. But overall, it was ok.

Came from Tn to visit my mom, found out she was in the hospital, and the staff was very helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff was awesome. Location was very convenient to restaurants. Staff assisted when needed and very friendly.

Cons:

Beds weren’t comfortable, woke up both mornings with my back hurting
