bathrooms weren't very clean. We needed a handicapped room with 2 beds, but were informed the hotel only had one handicapped room and it had a king bed.
The room was clean, some friendly staff.
The pool needs more/better ventilation, there needs to be towels extra towels, the pool sign needs to be specified, sign says under the age of 14 needs adult supervision, my 15 and 14 year old was in there and a manager said they couldn't be in there without an adult so staff needs to READ the signs in the pool and follow them.

Gal at front desk was very sweet. Sleeping area was ok. Bathroom needed work. I don’t understand how the hotel let the caulk get so moldy without replacing. No way was this a “4”.
For the price paid, this hotel was outstanding. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Furniture and carpet were in good condition and also clean. Towels were a little thin and like all hotels, the pillows sucked, but they were clean, too. I take my own pillow as ALL hotel pillows are terribly uncomfortable.
My tests for cleanliness in a hotel: look in the corners behind the bathroom doors and the back of open shelves on the furniture. That's where housekeeping tends to forget to clean. This bathroom had clean corners, and the furniture was dust-free, too. It passed my tests.
I would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in the area. I'm probably motivated to move Best Western up on my list in general based on this experience.

Close to a major highway and a good breakfast selection. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and courteous.
Bathroom tub area needs and I felt the mattresses were to firm for my taste.
