Pros:

The hotel and restaurant were very nice but it was the staff that elevated our stay. Every interaction with staff, from front desk to restaurant to room, was positive with the friendly vibe of Port Alberni. We look forward to our next stay.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It's starting to get old. Might be time to start renovation. A lot of other Best Westerns offer free breakfasts this location doesn't for the price you pay per night that would be a bonus

Nice spacious rooms.

Cons:

Fridge did not work. All our food spoiled. Luckily there was one restaurant open on Christmas day.
