Sunken mattress, good location, great breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff, location very accessible

Cons:

Mattress near the window has sunken in the middle and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I suggest it should be replaced with a new one. It’s unfair and unfortunate for the guests who pay the full price but don’t get to sleep good.

No security to keep the homeless away
Pulled up opened my door and he practically climbed in the car with me wanting money while there was another checking if the doors of the surrounding vehicles were locked

Everything was outstanding for this work trip
Pros:

The location was outstanding for me, so this hotel neighbours the Art Hauser Centre to the south. I walked to the game to cover it. I was there for a work trip, and I got all my work goals done, which is the aim of a work trip.

I won’t stay at that hotel again

The room smelled like old, dirty carpet. I was not made aware that I needed to request a room cleaning. It was very overpriced

Poor experience, considering staying away from Best Western brand in general in any future travel

Cons:

Noisy room, the place is old and not maintained. staff was rude during check in process as we arrived an hour before check in time. We had to leave with our luggage and come back for check in at 9:00 pm as the staff wanted to charge an extra half day for an hour early check in even though the rooms were available. Never had this experience before in any hotel in the last 25 years.

Cons:

I wasn’t even able to check in, apparently you need a credit card to be able to stay there. All I have is KOHO but they said it was a debit card. So I stayed elsewhere after calling around 4 or 5 different places.
