Pros:

The overall stay was good. The front desk clerk was very friendly when we checked in. The Bed was comfortable. There was a small roach in the bathroom upon arrival.

Pros:

I've been coming here for several years and they've kept it clean on the inside so I keep coming. The staff is nice too. I didn't like it though that they've stopped serving individual yogurts for breakfast. I looked forward to that only to find a new machine that dispenses it. Also, the machine was nearing empty and I didn't even get a full serving of yogurt. The other breakfast items aren't that appealing to me. Hopefully they'll bring back the yogurts and maybe some healthier breakfast options.

Facility looked run down, swimming pool closed for season in August? Receptionist not very friendly, not very welcoming to hotel, but i slept good because it was nice and quiet.

Room itself was was well cleaned, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was polite. However room needs maintenance. One outlet was out, shower head continuously leaked and had duct tape on one part, the armchair and ottoman were stained. .

i never thought about finding a hotel like this in Post, TX, in the middle of nowhere land. after an 8hr drive we were thankful for a pleasant receptionist and comfortable rooms. will stay again when back that way.
