The front desk worker
The air conditioners in the 3 rooms they changed us blew mildew and mold into room
It was basic, but provided a place to sleep.
The building is older, which is fine…. But we also found the room to not be as clean as other Best Westerns we have stayed at. The door had a gap at the bottom so we had to put a towel down to prevent noise and bugs coming through. There were also ants in our room.
Location
No elevator-room was on 2nd floor, found a cord that was cut and split while still plugged in-fire hazard and extremely dangerous, food left in fridge, bathroom floor needed to be cleaned, the cement balcony to get to our room was deteriorating-crumbling and was leaning outwards.
