The staff was wonderful and professional, the room seemed secure, so just fix the tub clog!
Pros:

The breakfast area is too small to accommodate many guests all at once; it was too crowded for me (I'm claustrophobic), so I didn't get anything, although I eventually sat with my wife when a table became free. She was only drinking coffee; she considered having some Cheerios because it's gluten-free (she has Celiac Disease), but since there are imitation Cheerios products out there (e.g., Aldi's "Crispy Oats"), she wanted to confirm the bin was correctly labeled before partaking. At that same time, this really nice, energetic food manager came out to replace the scrambled eggs, and then she began engaging the guests as to how they liked the food. I then asked her if the Cheerios really was Cheerios. She confirmed the name "Cheerios" was on the box, so my wife was able to have a bowl of Cheerios before we left the hotel. We don't travel all that often, but I don't ever remember a food service manager actually engaging the guests like this lady did. She was awesome!

Cons:

The bathtub drain is mostly clogged. By the time I was finished showering, I was standing ankle-deep in water. I knew that water had soap/shampoo residue, so I had to wait (and wait) for it to drain so I could quickly rinse off.

I had anxiety the entire time.
Cons:

It smelled awful when we arrived. I had to make an extra trip to Walmart to get air fresheners. I felt unsafe in the suite we were put into the back building with little lighting as a single Mom with 2 tweens who travel alone. I felt unsafe I had to block the doors with chairs each night. We were there. We left a night early due to the dirtiness of the room and the smell and the safety.

Cons:

The drapes did not overlap so the light for security bled into the room. The light shone off the top of the ac/heater from the gap between the window sill and the curtains.

Staff friendly. Close to interstate and available (now I know why!) Bed was moderately comfortably and sheets did not light up w/ black light.

Cons:

Filthy! Filthy!Filthy! Used black light to check all surfaces & it lit up everywhere! I did not unpack or bring up all my luggage. I was getting a free waffle and turned to find a large pile of dog poop left by guests animal.Comfort Inn suites much better!!

Front desk staff were professional. Rates were affordable. Pool was clean and nice.

Cons:

Toilet was broken in one of our rooms. We were moved one room over. That toilet wouldn't flush in the new room and we were told they don't have maintenance until Monday and handed a plunger. The shower in all 4 rooms took an act of God to turn on. At breakfast we were confronted, unprofessionally, about breakfast tickets (never provided), asked for our room numbers and names, and told she was verifying if we were really guests. This was not done in a kind way. Linens and towels were clean but curtains and carpets were disgusting. Outside had a strong smell of raw sewage.
