Had a great, comfortable stay!
Pros:

The room was surprisingly comfortable and clean, with very comfortable beds. In addition, there was a $6000 Keurig coffee machine near the front desk, from which you could choose a variety of different coffees and espresso drinks. Had my coffee from that machine whenever I passed it! Liked the Best Western Plus hotel so much that I booked our next hotel also in the Best Western Plus chain.

Cons:

The road and driveway leading to the hotel was pretty steep. Luckily, there was no snow or ice at the time.

Right place, great service!
Pros:

We really liked the breakfast. Not many hotels have real maple syrup. I also particularly enjoyed the yogurt parfait.

Cons:

When we first got into our room the TV did not work. But the staff person who came to help us was friendly and solved the issue quickly.
