Right place, great service!
Pros:

We really liked the breakfast. Not many hotels have real maple syrup. I also particularly enjoyed the yogurt parfait.

Cons:

When we first got into our room the TV did not work. But the staff person who came to help us was friendly and solved the issue quickly.

Just what we needed!
Pros:

We booked a last minute ski trip to the Waterbury/Stowe area this week and were very pleasantly surprised by the Best Western Plus. It is not luxurious (but then we did not want that), but it was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent (where do you find real maple syrup and yogurt parfaits in a hotel breakfast), the room was very clean, the shampoo, soap and lotion were abundant and smelled great, and the shower was so warm. We will definitely be back.

Decent but not outstanding.
Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The customer service at the front desk was lacking. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. After almost ten minutes of waiting, I called out and someone came from the back. I was early, around 2-2:30 pm, and I was told I would be charged a $25 fee to check in early (I didn't necessarily need to check in early but wouldn't return until late that night after an event, so it would have been nice). I've never encountered this in 20 years of travel and then proceeded to watch her check in multiple people early after me without mentioning a fee. Later, when I did check in, I was simply given my keys and told the direction to walk. I was not told anything about breakfast in the morning or available amenities. Overall, the front desk staff was underwhelming.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. However the room with snacks, soda, and frozen tv dinners was
the best ! We arrived exhausted and found having the use of a microwave near room 129 was an outstanding feature. It took away the burden of finding a restaurant in a fast food desert like Stowe ! We could eat without the burden of restaurant choosing !!
