Disappointing

Refrigerator, TV, microwave and about half the lights did not work. Furniture looked like someone had used a machete on it.

Cons:

It was dirty... the sheets had cigarette burns, the doors were filthy, the screen on the window was broke like someone had tried to break out or in . The pool was full of leaves . We just felt dirty staying there.

We had a good time at the hotel. A great time with family.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was convenient for my family. The pool was awesome. That’s actually why we chose the millennium inn! The family suite was very comfortable and roomy. I will definitely stay again.

Cons:

The smell of the room and the cleanliness of the room. I bought Lysol and antibacterial wipes and wiped all the furniture down. But it was not a total mess. It just needed a couple of tweaks.

clean, pleasant, great value
Pros:

Dorothy, the housekeeping supervisor, was fantastic. She keeps the facility clean, coffee hot and atmosphere warm pleasant. She provided us a local recommendation for lunch in Laurel that was exceptional value and great tasting food. Tray, the gentleman who checked us in, was warm and welcoming. He recommended a local establishment for evening meal that was very good. Day shift manager was pleasant and assistive as we checked out. We would definitely stay again.
