Clean and comfortable

Cons:

We were promised a free breakfast but when we got to the dining area at 9:38 that morning the breakfast was wiped out . Maybe a couple of muffins were left but that was it. The person in charge of breakfast apologized but we ended up going offsite and paying for breakfast. Very disappointed in that as it was one of the reasons we booked here.

I didn't check in until 1:30am. I sent a message to the hotel that it would be after midnight. They had completed their daily audit, so I was charged for the room thru booking.com. then they reregister me and charged me for the 8 hours I stayed there

Unbelievable
Cons:

When I arrived to check in at 6:55 pm, there was no one at the front desk. I wait more than 10-15 minutes. Then I called the hotel, got a vm that no one was available. Left and tried to call over the next 30 minutes. Always getting the same msg. Called booking.com and they helped cancel the reservation. Stayed in another hotel and it was excellent.
