They lied about the refund and refused to admit it
Pros:

It was not bad for the price

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all, Sarah from the front desk lied about that I will get a refund from one of two reservations that I made and it ended up being charged anyway.

It's Ok
Pros:

The size of the room. How clean the room was. How nice the cleaning ladies were. The location was good.

Cons:

The elevator was not working and I was on the third floor. My last day there the hot water was not working. The water was lukewarm.

Call ahead to ensure elevator and pool are working

Horrible and will not stay here again. We have family coming from out of town and will be using another hotel

Cons:

Elevator did not work, unexpected fees that were not originally disclosed, foul smell in stairway and halls, once in the room tv had a blue line across the entire screen, shower water never became actually warm (had to rinse off, get out to soap up, and rinse quickly. Too cold for comfort), then the “breakfast” don’t get me started. I will be coming back to the casino but choosing a different hotel down the road

Will never stay again. Dirty, nothing worked, no hot water.

It was close to where we needed to go.

Cons:

We checked in around 4:30, check in time was 3. They only had 1 clean room. We were put on the top floor with a broken elevator. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days. We only had 1 day where we had hot water for showers. We had an old musty smelling towel left in our room. Air conditioner barely worked. And to top it off the pool was also out of order which we weren’t told upon check in. I let the lady at the front desk know all of this at check out and she said we needed to come down and let them know there wasn’t hot water so they could flip a switch and turn it on.

Very pleased.
Pros:

The woman who ran the breakfast was exceptional! Friendly and helpful. No waiting. She was on top of it!
Also I was so pleased to be able to have a gluten free muffin and alternative milk choice.
Thank you!

Cons:

We had to change rooms because the 1st room we were given (301), neither bedside lamp worked. They were plugged in and had bulbs but they would not work.

Overall, nice relaxing stay.
Pros:

Not enough variety and there was no fruit. On Sunday there was barely anything around 0830am.

Cons:

Definitely the breakfast. And the smell of pets whenever the AC came on.
