**Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff**
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which was definitely a positive part of our stay.
Unfortunately, the room and facilities had several issues that made the experience disappointing. The shower had visible cracks with what appeared to be attempted repairs. The repairs looked almost like wet toilet paper stuck to the shower floor, which was not very appealing. More concerning, the floor underneath the shower was soft and swollen, making me question whether there was water damage.
The alarm clock was also not displaying the correct time properly, and our room had **two empty beer cans left behind by the previous guests**, which should have been caught during housekeeping.
The treadmill in the gym was out of order, which was disappointing for guests hoping to use the fitness facilities.
I was also surprised by the **MAT fee**, as this was unexpected and did not feel particularly welcoming, especially considering the condition of some of the facilities.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I asked for a quiet room but I was placed in the noisiest part of the building. The air conditioner was very noisy and did not work. I couldn't sleep due to the noise and over heated room. Glad, the staff found me a comfortable room with a working air conditioner.

Overall best holiday ever. Loved the pool, and the breakfast was great and all the staff were so helping Provided us with local attractions and times of the tides. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
