A Pleasant Stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

When we arrived we were greeted as if we were family. I had asked that a room with access to either an elevator or on the first floor, to which they gave us an accessibility room which filled the bill to every note. The bed was at a height which allowed my wife ease of access without assistance. The shower was a plus as well as it was a true accessibility shower with adjustable head and a seat for the occupant. Two thumbs up Best Western you nailed it with you staff and your furnishings of the accommodations.

Breakfast was good but basic. Staff were great

Toilet seat cheap and loose
No extra blanket to cover up while sitting in side room
Air conditioner set very cold so took a long time to get comfortable
