Good stay!
Pros:

Staff were really friendly, room was clean. Free parking, free espresso machine in the lobby, & was allowed to plug my EV into an outlet in the back parking lot. Starbucks across the road was nice to have too.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok. No freezer in the mini fridge.

Lovely staff made coming for my mom’s funeral a better experience during a hard time.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Convenient location. Excellent staff!

Cons:

Loud people in our hallway at night was frustrating but it didn’t last too long, just long enough to wake us all up. Dog barking a few times too.

Great stop near the border of Canada and the US!
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat for traveling to the US. I arrived early last night from a 7 hour drive, and had made an incorrect reservation at a different Best Western-Casey ignored my rudeness and frustration-she was patient and helpful-as was the other Best Western. I can’t rave enough about this location and other members of this chain-always great!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Will definitely use this hotel again when we are in the area.
Pros:

The staff when you first walk in was very welcoming and helpful! The lady working in the breakfast area was also very sweet and professional.

Cons:

There wasn’t enough blankets on the bed. Just one and it’s tucked in so much that you couldn’t even have the blanket over your whole body. We ended up untucking it but still wish there was more blanket options.

Very pleasant. Great staff. Breakfast left to be desired.
Pros:

Friendly and efficient desk staff. Modern, clean and ready room. Hotel close to amenities. Comfortable bed. Good pool for grandkids.

Cons:

Breakfast - Included, I agree but...
Everything seemed thawed and processed (Sausages, "egg bites") Tasteless. Rock hard hard boiled eggs from dubious origin. Waffles I have seen in many other places. Stopped at Tim Hortons for a bagel and coffee upon departure.
Usual cereal dispensers.
Much better breakfast at the Windham in Fredericton. (Freshly cooked scrambled, from liquid of course, but nevertheless
Important when your hotel caters to clients passing through...)
