I do not like the fact that just because I have a pet( which I have to pay more for) I always get put into a down graded room even though I pay more than I would if I didn’t have a pet! I have a small Shih Tzu who stays in his Kennel the whole time! I should be given an upgraded room because I am paying more, not a down graded room!

After asking to switch rooms multiple times we asked for a refund. Was very unclean with stained sheets and bedding.
