Wrong bed size, advertised as a Queen and it was smaller more like a twin. When asked they pushed it aside saying I was wrong.
We liked the extra room of the suite.

The sofa bed was not made up, and we had to go and request bedding for it (it was a room booked for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) so it was obvious we would need this also). In fairness the staff did sort this out when requested and said they had recently moved to a new system.

Setting up a cleaning day was a pain. It was written down and put on post it notes then forgotten. For each cleaning day i had done on the two week stay i confirmed day before and day off and still unsure it would happen

This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I travel for a business a ton, stay in 50-60 hotels per year, and I’ve never had this experience. First off, checking in, they claimed I had already checked in. Clearly not the case. Then they gave us keys to a room, that when I opened the door, had not been cleaned. Towels all over, bed unmade, coffee and cups around the room. 30 mins of time at the front desk, with the employees calling the manager and asking what to do, they finally got us another room. The desk clerk went and checked the room, to make sure it was good. He declared it clean and ready. When we got in the room, the sink was full of hair, and the “king suite” we paid for turned into a queen room. Plus it was over the garage entry door, and adjacent to the elevator. So after no sleep, and the offer of free breakfast (no thank you) we left, and will never return here.

Internet was not working—an issue at Comcast’s end—that prevented us from getting a key to our room. Staff were helpful to let us back in each time, but it was less convenient for us. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but still frustrating.
