Nightmare
Pros:

Wow. What a train wreck of a place. The woman at the front desk had no idea what she was doing. She had me write my cc # on a sticky note because she didn’t know how to key it in. The printer was broken. She kept forgetting what room she put me in. Head of Housekeeping was also behind the desk and looked like she was mad at the world. Then the next employee arrived 10 minutes early and refused to clock in after front desk woman asked her for help. After 35 minutes, I left, never having ever checked in.

Pretty good, but no time to do anything else but have dinner with my brother and go to bed.
Pros:

I loved the shower and the amenities: the body wash, the soap, the shampoo, and the conditioner.

Cons:

The bed was WAY too soft for me. I could feel the springs creaking everytime I moved. I hardly slept at all.

We've stayed here several times and will come back again.
Pros:

We liked the extra room of the suite.
Staff was excellent, especially Connie.
Secure, convenient, and free parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the furniture is starting to show it's age.

Never going back, wrong bed, bad staff, room wasn’t even clean.
Pros:

Location, garage parking, and free amenities.

Cons:

Wrong bed size, advertised as a Queen and it was smaller more like a twin. When asked they pushed it aside saying I was wrong.

It was fine for what we needed, a little tired but helpful and generally clean
Pros:

A good location for catching the ferry, nice offering of tea/coffee /drinks in reception

Cons:

The sofa bed was not made up, and we had to go and request bedding for it (it was a room booked for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) so it was obvious we would need this also). In fairness the staff did sort this out when requested and said they had recently moved to a new system.

Pros:

Location was great. It was warm. There were washers and dryers. Had a good space to share with my adult son. Some of the staff were really friendlu

Cons:

Setting up a cleaning day was a pain. It was written down and put on post it notes then forgotten. For each cleaning day i had done on the two week stay i confirmed day before and day off and still unsure it would happen

Halls too cold. Mostly processed food items. Would love organic options. Fresh Bainbridge options.
