Very good place and friendly staff with good breakfast. They also have smart Tv's with all online streaming apps. Enjoyed the stay

Staff friendly and easy checkin

They were having a plumbing issue (no water in rooms), but it wasnt their fault, the whole area was without water. The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. The only issues werewe could smell fresh paint and no water. We loved the size of the room. If we need a hotel in the future, we would definitely find another like this!

The air conditioner did not work very well

And it was really hot in the state we were in like 89°
So that the air didn’t cool off the room properly

When we arrived the roof smelled damp and the door wouldn't open completely. There was still soap in the shower from a previous guests and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

It was the worst hotel stay every. The room was dirty and nasty.

Coming from someone that grew up extremely poor and homeless at times. I don’t have to have the best place to stay. As long as there is running water and no bed bugs I couldn’t care less what it looks like.
Breakfast was great, staff was great, the pool was out of order, but we were told we could use the pool next door. The only issue we had was our room had a musty odor and the carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet. Again no big deal we were not there long enough for that to matter. We just needed a place to sleep and that’s what we got.

It wasn’t super clean, the indoor pool was closed, the washer and dryer were broken.
The saving grace was that the owner owed the holiday inn next door too so we used its facilities. (Pool and laundry room).
Our room had a weird smell and the air didn’t work well.

The holiday inn staff next door were much friendlier too.

My husband, children and I stayed here for a quick over night stay. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted with a horrible smell. Roughly 30 mins into our stay my son found a dead cockroach in the entertainment center. We put it in a cup and took it to the front desk where we were told “strange we don’t have cockroaches” we decided to take all of our belongings back to our vehicle for precaution and stay the night regardless as this was just for some quick sleep on our 22 hour drive. We noticed the carpet was stiff/sticky. Also that the garbage cans were dirty. They had fresh bags but the cans themselves. We took all of the bedding off and checked under the mattresses to make sure bedbugs weren’t going to be an issue. The cloth frame covers were stained like someone had peed on them. There was also an INSANE amount of gnats. Once it was time to lay down and go to bed we soon realized the beds were damp. The only good thing was how nice the lobby was and the variety at breakfast. Otherwise you couldn’t pay me enough to stay at this hotel ever again even for a quick stay.

Loved my experience nice room very clean everything was top notch the only thing I can say that was negative was people regularly stomping on the 3rd floor above us it wasn't as bad as some of the other places I've been the Internet is also very good but pro tip if it stops working just delete it off your device and reconnect it and don't miss out on the breakfast they are lenient though so if your a little late getting up it's ok I believe it's mostly family ran they understand very nice people will be staying again in the future

I was extremely disappointed as I chose this property for the indoor pool so my children could enjoy the weekend. When we arrived I was told that the pool was closed and would not be open. The carpets in the room are sticky from who knows what... But honestly, I've stayed in worse places for sure. I do think if your pool is closed it should be listed on your site. I would never have booked here if I'd known and I do feel cheated.

My key card only worked now & then, after trying 7 or 8 times; each time I tried to get into my room. The desk clerk came up to my room to help me get the key card to work. He wiggled the hardware below where you put the car in the slot & said now try it. I did & it worked. He said it's because the hardware is just loose! The luggage carts do not turn properly, they are very difficult to manuver for a disabled person. The staff for the breakfast room gave me dirty looks because of my service dog being there with me. I'm handicapped & require a service dog. My dog is a small, female, chocolate lab. She is very well behaved & just lays by my feet. She doesn't beg or do anything to bother anyone. The toilet ran constantly. The bed was comfortable & the room was fairly clean. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door about 9:30am. I told them i wasn't packed yet & reminded them that checkout time wasn't until 11am.

Very comfortable room. Very nice staff. Hotel little dated. Breakfast area small and average options. Close to interstate. Definitely served the purpose.

This hotel is one of those that will not let you control the thermostat. Your room temperature is what they want, not what you want, necessarily. There was a thermostat in the room and it would adjust down to 66 degrees, but the temperature would not adjust down. Whatever the preset temperature was, was all it would do. The numbers would change, but the temperature wouldn't. And it was too hot in the room for comfortable sleep. I slept in our car - it was actually more comfortable. We only stayed one night, so I didn't fuss, but I have crossed this hotel off my list. My wife and I will control the temperature that we are comfortable sleeping in, not some budget minded manager or owner.

Upon check-in staff was kind of rude questioning why I was there not that it mattered. The room was dusty.stains on bed spread …my vehicle was involved in a hit and run on this property over night.
The staff is unaccommodating ..Rooms are WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT THEY ARE. BELOW AVERAGE
