Pros:

The room was beautiful, clean and had such nice decor and the views from our balcony were stunning especially the beautiful sunset and view of the beach. Will definitely come back here again when in Detroit Lakes.

Pros:

This is my second stay at the Lodge, and I really enjoyed time I spent here. Spacious, clean rooms. If you have not been here before, ALL rooms have a lake view. Bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning.
I like that they got private beach. You can seat in the lounge chair, watch the lake, soak up the sun.
Swimming pool is on a smaller side.
GREAT staff, very friendly and helpful.
I am looking forward to staying at the Lodge again.

Pros:

In room 303, the entire room shook during the entire time I stayed from an exterior door shutting. I called the front desk and they told me the only room I could shift to was right by the lobby which hosts a bar and activities and would be loud as well.

It was literally torture as I didn’t sleep at all with no recourse or solution offered.

Detroit Lakes Gem
Pros:

Fun Up North MN themed decor. Tasteful and clean. Great staff. Wonderful sps - Massage was so relaxing and good. We went to see Thomas Dambo Trolls and the staff was chatting with us about them and the area.

Pleasant and helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent customer service. Evening front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Lobby warm and inviting. Room was clean. There were 2 of us and pleasantly surprised with 2 luggage racks.

Enjoyed this Stay
Pros:

Everything about this lodging was comfortable. The outstanding feature I noticed, other than being on a lake, was the decor had a real cabin feel. Even the pool area was decorated in a North Woods motif.

Great location. So many things to do in Detroit Lakes. Best part is the art. Good breakfast and amenities at the hotel. Amazing views and we enjoyed the walkout room.

Excellent experience. Would definitely come back next time I'm in this part of the world.
Pros:

Beautiful lake view. We had a room on the lake side that had a small balcony where I sat outside, reading and looking out at the lake. We didn't swim but there was a nice-looking beach. The hotel was busy but it was still very quiet. Small bar with a very friendly bartender. No restaurant, but there are a number of restaurants close by. Recommend the Main Street Diner for breakfast and Firelight Supper Club for dinner.
