I was very happy with the room, the refrigerator, the microwave, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful! The location was good too.

Has indoor pool, was drained and not available
Place was clean. Staff was great!
One of the reasons we picked this place was for the pool. The pool was "not available". Staff said it had been broken for over a year. The third party websites needs to be updated.
Close proximity to where we needed to be
Pool was closed. We were not told this in advance and this was a major reason for choosing this location.
We were there for 5 days and our room was not serviced once . I needed fresh towels twice during the stay and both times had to get them myself and had to take our dirty towels down to laundry.
Hallways had a funny smell and there was often a strong scent of marijuana in the foyer.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, rooms very spacious and clean. Air conditioner was super cold. Enjoyed having a mini fridge., breakfast was delicious especially the waffles. Convenient location
Water pressure in shower was very low, hotel needs more parking and better lighting in parking lot. Indoor pool was closed and looks like not gonna open any time soon.
The staff was very friendly and the room was for the most part clean. The waffles, juice and sausage were good.
Ants in the room and crawling on our things. The shower was not working properly and was bent in a weird shape. The door to the room had a high gap and we could hear everything inside and I’m sure people could hear us. You could see into the hallway. The lobby is dirty and smells of smoke. The elevator is slow and has an outdated inspection sticker. The hallways smelled. The room smelled. The iron leaked like a waterfall.
Terrible hotel. I walked in and there was a cheese, mold like smell. There were a ton of crumbs in my bed and a bug. A bug in my bed. Terrible, gross, disgusting hotel. Will never be back. Ever.
My husband left his hat. They called me and shipped it to us at home. They far exceeded my expectations. The room and facility was super nice and clean. The breakfast was good and complementary. The location was excellent for us.
