Staff was great, especially the front desk young lady " Jordan " she went above and beyond to help me. housekeeping was very friendly as well. breakfast was great too. Enjoyed my stay, I will return.
NO coffee pot in the room. I am a coffee drinker, and it wasn't convenient for me to have it when I wanted a cup of coffee. But Ms. Jorden did make coffee for me late in the evening. That was a plus for me.
Always a nice staff except this trip.
The morning guy was awesome, greeted me in the morning had fresh coffee and breakfast ready.
However, On Saturday Night, I got back to my room late around 10pm, I was at an outside event all day before returning to BW, when I got there I was exhausted and needed to take my medications, I stopped by the convenience room that had snacks and drinks, I wanted a Dr.Pepper to wash down meds, I grabbed a can and ask the clerk to charge it to my room or my cc and she told she cannot do that, New Policy, I said WHAT ? I stayed here a few months back and no problem doing this exact thing, she said nope, can't do it. I called BS and huffed away, went to my room and had to use nasty city water from the sink to take my meds.
As a note: when I returned at 10pm, there was additional people behind the counter, just hanging out with this young lady, another femail and a male, they looked like they did not work there, while this was happening, another young male entered the door smoking a cigarette talking about the pool and the lady who worked there told him you can't smoke in here, called him by his name, so she knew him I believe.
My point is Customers/Guest, should not be treated second hand, while friends of the desk clerk are hanging out like hood rats.
Also I do not appreciate being told I cannot add a $1 drink to my bill. I needed that drink and was forced to use the bathroom sink city water.
What a disappointing stay this time.
I have stayed at the location at least 3 before and was always treated like a King, this stay made me feel like I should start looking for another place to stay when I am in town.
Your toilets suck, too low to the ground, I'm an older man, and when I sat down to do my business, my Frank and Beans were submerged in toilet water. WTF, how gross, replace those TEMU toilets for God Sake.

Our room was near the highway and had highway noise.
Everything outside our room was very nice.
The bathrooms need to be refurbished. Our bathtub was in bad shape. Our nightstand between the beds was broken. I kept stepping on nails coming up from the carpet between the bathroom and hallway.
The rooms were great staff was great
Location
Room smelled like smoke....An when you had the TV on (Room 208), there was a clicking constantly.
It was comfortable., clean and convenient.
All good.
