I love the huge jet tub. It worked wonders on my back and I love the pillars because it made it seem like royalty. Also the bed was very comfortable. Although the location was a little bit far from my location of where I was visiting, I did in general like the area it was in.
Upon arriving into my room there was a bug underneath the sink area and in the shower. The pillars around the jet tub were dirty. Also the inside of the tub was dirty and had hair. There's also hair on the bed. I'm the one that physically cleaned out the tub and the bed so that it made me a little more comfortable to use. Also there were a lot of stains on the walls and the furniture and stuff. The TV is not connected to the internet so it doesn't allow you to use your phone to like screen mirror or go on any apps. And just in general the room is just very outdated.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming right as I entered. Checking into my room each time was fairly quick and easy.

The room was ridiculously massive, had everything you need like fridge, ac, TV, think it also had a microwave oven if i remember correctly, ice machine down the hall, good large car park, self serv breakfast in the dining area was good.

I had a great stay at the Best Western hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the amenities made the stay enjoyable. The only reason I gave it 5 out of 5 stars overall since I had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.
