Pros:

AC did not work in room. Front desk moved us immediately. Two separate bedrooms were decent. Front desk girl was great!

Be more specific and dont lie about up charges!
Pros:

I like that the room was clean and the front desk associate was excellent!!

Cons:

The first room I got didnt have a bath! (It said no where on the reservation that it was a shower only). So the I had to upgrade my room to a JACUZZI (for my toddlers). Then the associate said it would only cost $10 to upgrade. I got charged and additional $60!!!!

The staff waa rude from the second i walked in. There were bugs in the bathroom sink. The bathtub faucet was broken so it was either scolding hot or freezing cold, there was no in between. I could not take a shower. I don't know how this place got an 8 rating. Do not stay here. Horrible experience!!

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Although it was not fancy, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room temperature was set just right, and the room was large. It had everything that you needed such as refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a personal property safe. I would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

During my stay I can't say that there wasn't anything that I was unhappy about.
